Rent Rush ("we", "the game") is a free online multiplayer property game at https://rent-rush-frontend.pages.dev, operated by Subhajit Das, Kolkata. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Guest play: a random guest ID and the display name you type, stored on our server and in your browser (local storage) so you can reconnect to a game.
• Google sign-in (optional): your Google account ID, name, email address and profile picture, used only to keep your coins, items and stats and to show your name. We never see your Google password.
• Gameplay data: rooms you join, in-game chat messages, coins, owned emotes and token skins, win and game counts.
• Reports: if a player reports a chat message, we store the message, the room, the reason and both players’ IDs and display names so we can review it.
• Payments (if enabled): payments are handled by Razorpay. We receive an order and payment ID and a status, never your card, UPI or bank details.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

Advertising and cookies

We may show ads served by Google AdSense, placed away from gameplay. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can manage personalised ads at adssettings.google.com and learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads. For visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we show a consent message from Google before personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time from the privacy settings link that message provides. The game itself uses your browser’s local storage (not advertising cookies) to remember your session, name and settings.

Who we share data with

Hosting and infrastructure providers (Cloudflare, our server host, Google Firebase/Firestore for account storage), Google (sign-in, ads) and Razorpay (payments, when enabled). We do not sell your personal data.

Retention and deletion

Account data is kept until you delete it. To delete your account, sign in and choose Delete account next to your name on the home screen, then type DELETE. This erases your name, email, picture, coins, items and stats. Games that are already running may show your old display name until they end (at most 24 hours). We keep one anonymous marker (a one-way hash, no name or email) so a deleted account cannot claim the welcome gift again. Game rooms are deleted automatically after the game ends. Moderation reports are kept for as long as needed to handle abuse. You can also ask for deletion or a copy of your data by email.

Children

The game is not directed to children under 13. Do not use it if you are under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
