Rent Rush is a free multiplayer property game for 2 to 6 players, played in your browser. You roll the dice, buy places you land on, and collect rent from everyone who lands on them. The last player standing wins. Missing players can be filled by bots, so you can always start a game.
Quick Match puts you at a table with other players, and fills empty seats with bots after a short wait.
Host a table to play with friends. Share the room code or link, pick your colour, and press Start when everyone is ready.

You can play as a guest straight away. Sign in with Google if you want your coins, emotes and token skins to follow you to any device.
On your turn
Roll the dice and your token moves around the 40-tile board.
Land on an unowned property: buy it at the listed price. If you decline, it can go to an auction where every player can bid.
Land on someone else’s property: you pay them rent. Rent grows when they own the whole colour set and when they build on it.
Land on a card tile: draw a Treasury or Fortune card and follow it. Some pay you, some cost you, some move you, and one can get you out of jail.
End your turn and the next player rolls.
Ways to get ahead
Collect a colour set. Owning every property of one colour lets you build houses and hotels, and raises the rent.
Trade. Offer properties and cash to other players. You can have several trade offers open at once, and they expire if nobody answers.
Mortgage a property for quick cash when you are short, and pay it back later. Mortgaged properties collect no rent.
Auctions. When a property is auctioned, bid any amount above the current bid. The top bidder cannot back out.
Jail. Doubles, a card, or paying your way gets you out. The host chooses whether jail is strict.
Table rules the host can change
Before the game starts, the host can switch options such as a public or private table, the starting cash, bank loans, auctions, mortgages, doubled rent on unbuilt sets, and dice-based utility rent. Tap the ⓘ next to a setting to see what it does. Everyone in the lobby sees the live rules.
Going bankrupt
If you owe more than you can raise, you are bankrupt: your properties are released and you watch the rest of the game as a spectator. If a player leaves, their properties are released too.
Fair play
If a player stops taking turns, the game rolls and ends their turn automatically. After repeated missed turns the table can vote to replace them with a bot.
Chat has a word filter. Tap ⋯ next to a message to mute that player on your device or report them. Several reports mute a player for the rest of the room.
Coins, emotes and skins
Coins are the in-game currency. Signed-in players get a welcome gift and a small daily bonus, and earn coins for winning a real game: at least two human players, a game that was properly played, and up to five coin-paid wins a day. Spend coins in the Store on emotes and token skins. They are cosmetic only and give no advantage in the game.
